Raised Bed – construction options, location, layout, soil needs, watering, weed control, row covers and benefits and challenges of using raised beds.

Soil Health – tilth, organic matter, components of good soil, compaction effects, target soil type and ways to create it, types of fertilizer, soil amendments, green manures, and tilling the soil.
